Pizza Packs are shipped with their individual components frozen. All ingredients other than the thin style dough will remain fresh for six months, while the thin style dough will remain fresh for 12 weeks. The pizzas are easy to assemble, and J.O.Y. Foods, Inc. provides an initial smallwares kit for startup. Custom training and instructions on the proper preparation of the pizza pack are provided to school foodservice personnel.

Each Pizza Pack contains the ingredients for 10 large Pizza Hut pizzas and includes dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. Pizza Packs come in three varieties - cheese, pepperoni and pork topping.
